Withdrawal before shipping

If you changed your mind or forgot something, you can refund your order hustle free till we make your shipment ready.
This is normally the next weekday (Monday-Friday) at 7:30 AM Central European Time (Germany).

You can do this in self service through our returns portal. Simply choose the items you want to refund and then the method "Withdrawal/exchange before package was sent".

Warranty & Exchange

We offer a 6-month warranty (from arrival date of the jewelry) for all WALD products to customers worldwide (2 years for citizens of a European Union member state). The warranty service includes the exchange of the item to an equivalent product (in case the item isn’t any longer produced or in stock, we offer an alternative product). Warranty can be requested in case the item shows material defects or faulty workmanship.

Within the warranty period you can register an exchange through our returns portal.

You can always repair your WALD jewelry, even once the warranty period has passed. Simply order our Care Product and specify which item you need a repair for.

Withdrawal & Refund

If you are a customer buying something for personal use in the European Union, you have the right of withdrawal your order under certain conditions.

Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw your order within 14 days without giving a reason. This right is provided to protect you as a European consumer and allow you time to decide if you are satisfied with your purchase.

The 14-day withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the goods or someone else (not the delivery company) receives them on your behalf.

You can also fill out and submit the withdrawal form on our website at https://wald.returnsportal.online/. If you use this option, we will confirm that we received your withdrawal by email right away.

To meet the deadline, you just need to send your message before the 14 days are over.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw the entire order, we will give you a full refund, including delivery costs (except extra costs if you chose a more expensive delivery option), within 14 days of receiving your returned goods. We may reduce the refund if the goods have lost value due to unnecessary handling by you. We will refund you using the same payment method you used unless you agree to something else. There are no fees for the refund. We may wait to give you the refund until we get the goods back or until you show proof that you have sent them back, whichever comes first.

You must send the goods back without delay, and no later than 14 days after you tell us you want to withdraw.

The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14 days are up.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

You are only responsible for any decrease in value of the goods if it was caused by handling them more than necessary to check their nature, features, and function.

Exceptions to the right for withdrawal

  • You cannot withdraw if the goods were made specifically for you or are clearly personalized.

  • The right for withdrawal does not apply to goods whose prices depend on changes in the financial market that we can't control and that could happen during the withdrawal period.

  • The right for withdrawal also does not apply if you are not an EU citizen and your address and delivery location are outside of the EU.

Related Financial Transactions

If you paid for this contract with a loan and then withdraw the contract, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement if both contracts are related. This applies if we are your lender or if we worked with your lender to offer the financing. If we have received the loan by the time you cancel, your lender will take on our rights and responsibilities from the canceled contract. This does not apply if the contract is about buying financial products like stocks or currency. If you want to avoid being bound by the contract, you should withdraw both the main contract and the loan agreement if you have the right to do so.

General Information

  1. Please try to avoid damaging or getting the goods dirty. If possible, return them in the original packaging with all accessories and components. If you don't have the original packaging, use something that will protect the goods during shipping.

  2. Do not return the goods by cash on delivery.
