Our deliveries are typically processed within two business days (Monday-Friday) by our partner fulfillment team in Berlin, working with people with disabilities.
The beautiful packaging of your order includes a reusable pouch and is fulfilled through a work program that provides work for the disabled community.
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location and are calculated automatically at checkout.
Please note that it is possible that during promotional periods shipping may take longer than expected.

Taxes & duties
Our product prices include VAT-taxes from Europe if applicable.
The shipping costs however don't include customs duties which may be charged in addition by your country. These duties usually depend on the order value and are the responsibility of the customer. We will cover these additional taxes & duties if your country is marked with "✅ Covered by WALD".
We won't refund orders, in case that the duties are not paid by the customer and the customer chooses not to pick up the order.
